Important Notice
Report The Scammers publishes user-submitted reports and evidence. Publication does not constitute a finding of wrongdoing.
Your report could save the next person from losing money, time, or trust.
Every scam thrives on silence. When you publish what happened — backed by evidence — you turn a private loss into a public warning. Recruiters, job-seekers, investors and customers search this database before they hand over money, sign contracts, or accept offers.
- Protect others from the exact pattern that hurt you.
- Make bad actors discoverable in due-diligence searches.
- Build a permanent, evidence-backed public record.
- 01Identify the scammer
Search the database first — they may already be listed. If not, add the company or person name, city, and any social handles.
- 02Tell what happened
Pick the report type (fake job, deposit scam, wage theft, phishing, etc.) and write a clear, factual account. Stick to what you personally experienced or witnessed.
- 03Attach evidence
Upload screenshots of chats, offer letters, payment receipts, emails, or call recordings. Evidence is what separates a complaint from a verified report.
- 04Confirm the legal attestations
Tick the truthfulness, good-faith and consent checkboxes. This protects you and keeps the platform credible.
- 05Editorial review & publish
Our moderators verify the evidence, redact personal data, and publish. You'll be notified when it goes live and if anyone responds.
Takes ~5 minutes. Reports are reviewed within 24–72 hours. You can submit anonymously, but verified reporter profiles carry more weight.
